Enrolling in our program demands complete dedication from all participants. By registering for this course, individuals commit to being entirely present during all sessions and contributing to the best of their capabilities. This involves punctuality, complying with the code of conduct, and actively participating in course activities.
Attendance
Attending all course meetings is essential to ensure you receive the minimum required training hours for certification. If you encounter an emergency or fall sick and cannot attend a coaching session, please notify your instructor and email service@impactcoaching.academy without delay. To compensate for the missed session, you will need to review the session recording, complete the session materials, and arrange a coaching session outside the live session.
For larger courses (above 10 hours), you may not miss more than 3 days. For smaller courses (below 10 hours), you may only miss 1 day. For our Mentoring course, you can only miss 1 of the mentoring days, but not the one in which you are scheduled to be mentored.
If you are unable to attend more than the above allowable hours, you can opt to pay for additional instruction to cover the missed material with your instructor or register for another course. If you miss your specific mentoring day, you must schedule a private mentoring session at an additional $150 charge to satisfy the mentor coaching requirement of the International Coaching Federation.
Requests to deviate from this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to both the instructor and service@impactcoaching.academy.
Course Engagement
We aim to provide our participants with an interactive and engaging learning experience, which is why it is essential that you take part in all course activities, such as engaging in dialogues with your instructor and peers, mock coaching activities, and experiential learning exercises. If you are unable to participate in an activity, please inform your instructor promptly. You can refer to the code of conduct for more information.
Code of Conduct
All participants are required to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the duration of the program. This includes, but is not restricted to, the following:
[/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=”Partial Completion” disabled_on=”on|on|on” admin_label=”Toggle – Partial Completion” _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” disabled=”on” global_colors_info=”{}”]
If you have partially completed a course at Impact Coaching Academy, you may be eligible to receive credit for the hours of curriculum received. The number of hours credited will depend on the amount of curriculum received. To inquire about receiving partial credit for a course you are currently or were previously enrolled in, please contact us at service@impactcoaching.academy within 10 days after the course has ended. In your email, please include the course details, the number of hours of credit you are requesting, and any other pertinent information. If your request is approved, you will receive a certificate of credit that shows the number of training hours completed.
Additionally, “Partial Completion” Certificates are issued for the full completion of courses that fall within the larger programs we offer, when the student did not register for the larger program or does not complete the larger program. The “Partial Completion” certificate is accepted and honored by Impact Coaching Academy and the ICF as evidence of the completion of the named hours/training listed on the certificate.

Global Coaches Coalition Website Update
We realize that the website is taking extra time to open, and we apologize for the delay. We want to update you on what has slowed down the process, and how we are progressing.
The website was initially set up on a major web platform that provided many advanced features. After building the main website, we found that this major web platform, being a US company, had blocked certain outside countries from accessing their services. Basically, you would not be able to reach our website from your country. That was not acceptable. We want people from all over the world to join us at the Global Coaches Coalition. A coach works to better the lives of others, and borders on a map do not change that goal. We will let leaders argue among themselves, it is not our policy to close any doors of access to people trying to make a difference in the world.
Unfortunately, that meant we had to take down the website and start over again on a different platform. This was a major undertaking. We had to find other ways to add the advanced features the previous web service used, and it has taken many weeks to find and add them to the new website. It is like working on a puzzle: trying to find pieces that will fit together.
However, unlike a puzzle, the different systems had to not only fit, but be able to work together. This has slowed down the process, but are now close to completion.
One of the additions we were able to make in this new version of our website is translation. We will be using ‘Google Neural Translation’ to help us all connect, regardless of region of origin. We have included a picture that shows how the website will change languages in real time. The same system was used to translate this email – It may not be perfect, but we hope it makes a difference.
Finally, we thank you for your patience. We will soon have the doors open, and we will all be able to connect and grow at the GCC!

Upon joining the Global Coaches Coalition (GCC), members agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:
By joining GCC, members affirm their commitment to these principles of mutual trust, respect, and community spirit. Violation may result in removal from the coalition, a forfeiture of all funds paid, and revocation of all membership rights and resources. We believe that coaching is a noble profession and our conduct should reflect that. Together, we can change coaching for the better, by building strong support systems between coaches, across cultures, and around the world.

Contact the GCC for corporate accounts that allow for multiple membership accounts under one umbrella account. Contact us at service@coachcoalition.org

We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

Contact us at service@coachcoalition.org within the first ten (10) days. After that initial period, you may cancel your ongoing membership at any time, and the membership will end on the final date of the current monthly subscription.
Refunds are not available for any books, manuals, or self-paced study courses which have been shipped or provided to the student electronically. Any third-party offerings are subject to the policies of the third-party, and not the GCC. In such a case, please contact the third-party company, using the materials that they have provided at the time of your purchase.
